It is worth noting that Jelly Belly’s serving consists of a 40g packet made up of 30 Candy Corn pieces. This is the same serving size as Sarah’s Candy Factory above but with more pieces – i.e., Jelly Belly’s Candy Corn pieces are smaller.

3. Brach’s Classic Candy Corn – 22g of Total Sugar

6. Sarah’s Candy Factory Gummy Candy Corn – 13g of Total Sugar

Having written many posts now here at Low Sugar Snax on the sugar content of different types of candies I have always been able to find a low or zero sugar equivalent in my search. However, researching for this candy corn piece, was a rare instance when I couldn’t find any sugar-free alternatives.

I did, however, manage to find one lower-sugar alternative.

This lower-sugar candy corn alternative comes from Sarah’s Candy Factory. Wait a minute haven’t you already talked about Sarah’s Candy Factory candy corn I hear you say? Well, this candy corn from Sarah’s Candy Factory is large bite-sized gummy candy corn.

These candy corns are much bigger in size than regular candy corn. This candy corn is sweetened with sugar and corn syrup and contains 13g of total sugar per serving.

Each serving consists of 4 pieces of bite-size gummy candy corn (or 28g of gummy candy corn – which is similar in weight to a lot of the other candy corn serving size weights).

This means if you are looking for a lower sugar candy corn this bite-size gummy candy corn from Sarah’s Candy Factory could be the answer. You can check it out for yourself on Amazon here.
