Is There a Lot of Sugar in Domino’s Pizza?

Dominos’ Pizza can be low in sugar. When building your own pizza, the highest sugar toppings are pineapple and BBQ chicken, and the highest sugar sauce is Honey BBQ. The remaining sauces and toppings are low in sugar. The lowest sugar pizza is the Spinach and Feta. The highest sugar pizzas are the Memphis BBQ Chicken, and Honolulu Hawaiian.

Avoiding anything with “BBQ” in the name along with pineapple is the best way of reducing the total sugar content of your Domino’s pizza.

The Sugar Content of All Domino’s Pizzas Ranked – The Final Bite

The sugar content of all Domino’s Pizzas Ranked. What have we learned from the above? Well, first, I was surprised at the sugar content of pizzas servings. I was expecting them to be a lot higher than they were. Secondly, anything BBQ-based, or pineapple based is going to be the highest sugar option. If you want to keep the sugar content down, then you are best going for a spinach and feta pizza. Or switch up the BBQ chicken for Buffalo Chicken which comes in only at 2g-3g of sugar compared to 7g-9g for the BBQ chicken.
