How Much Sugar is there in Starbucks Drinks?

How I Worked Out The Sugar Content of Starbucks Drinks

Below is a list of the 34 lowest sugar drinks at Starbucks. Please note that the Starbucks website doesn’t allow you to calculate the nutritional information of their drinks with customizations. So, if you order your drink with fewer pumps of syrup or your order with sugar-free syrup rather than full sugar your drink will obviously contain fewer grams of sugar than listed below.

Dairy-Free Milks

Also, although the nutritional information of their dairy-free kinds of milk is not available on the Starbucks website, as a general rule dairy free milk tend to be lower in total sugar than dairy milk.

This is because dairy milk is high in naturally occurring sugar from lactose.

I have written a variety of posts on lower sugar drinks at coffee shops and ordering your drink vegan usually reduces the sugar content (although not always). So, the good news is that the below 34 drinks contain 10g of sugar or less as-is. But if you order with plant-based milk, or replace vanilla syrup with sugar-free vanilla syrup, or reduce the number of pumps of syrup your drink may contain even less sugar.
