Bruster’s Ice Cream has 15 flavors of no sugar added flavors (“NSAFF”). “NSAFF” stands for No Sugar Added Fat-Free. This means these flavors are also fat-free.

All NSAFF ice creams at Bruster’s are sweetened with sucralose and some are also sweetened with aspartame.

There is 0g of added sugar in all these flavors. However, there is still naturally occurring sugar in every flavor as milk is high in lactose – a natural sugar. There are 5g of naturally occurring sugar in a kid’s 2.5oz dish (apart from vanilla which contains 6g of sugar). A small 5oz dish contains 10g-11g of naturally occurring sugar.
