1. Java Monster Cold Brew Latte – 8g of Sugar

First up is a drink from Monsters Java range – their Java Monster Cold Brew Latte. This drink is made with medium-bodied cold brew, milk, and zero sugar. There is still a touch of sweetness in this drink, but it comes from sucralose, which is sugar-free.

 This means if you want a milky Monster java this cold brew latte option is a good one – some of the other Monster Javas contain as much as 38g of sugar in a can.

Next up is the Original Lo Carb Monster. This low-carb Monster has a sweet and salty twist to it and as the name may suggest it is lower carb. This of course means it is also low sugar – the Lo Carb Monster still contains some glucose but is also sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium.

There are 6g of sugar in a can of Lo Carb Monster.

3. Rehab Monster Wild Berry Tea – 4g of Sugar

Next up is Rehab Monster Wild Berry. The Monster rehab range is designed to “refresh, recover and revive.” Rehab Monster Wild Berry is non-carbonated, brewed tea based, and packed with electrolytes, vitamins, and botanicals. Rehab Monster Wild Berry does contain glucose as well as sucralose but there is only 4g of sugar in a can.

4. Rehab Monster Peach Tea – 4g of Sugar
