2. Chicken Nuggets – 0g of Sugar

If you love chicken nuggets, I have some good news. The chicken nuggets at Wendy’s (both spicy and crispy) contain 0g of sugar. So, a great 0g sugar meal at Wendy’s is chicken nuggets with a side of fries.

3. Pub Fries – 1g of Sugar

If you enjoy your fries loaded, then I have some good news for you! The pub fries at Wendy’s contain 1g of sugar.

What exactly are the pub fries at Wendy’s? A plate of “natural-cut, skin-on, sea-salted fries topped with warm beer cheese sauce, shredded cheddar, and crispy Applewood smoked bacon.” The Baconator fries and cheesy fries also contain 1g of sugar.
