Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Flavors Ranked for Sugar Content – The Final Bite
Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavors ranked for sugar content. What have we learned from the above? Well, when it comes to ice cream flavors Ben & Jerry’s has a lot of options to choose from. If you are looking for a lower sugar option, then generally most of the Non-Dairy flavors tend to be lower in sugar. However, there are a few exceptions to watch out for, the Banana Foster Core Non-Dairy which comes in as containing the most sugar for any flavor. If Non-Dairy is not your thing, then the Pistachio, Vanilla, and Peanut Butter World are the lowest of the dairy-based flavors. Finally, if you are desperate for some Ben & Jerry’s, but just want the lowest sugar option then you need to go with their Pistachio Pistachio flavor.
Just remember the above figures are based on a 2/3 cup serving from a pint. If you decide to eat the whole pint – you are looking at triple the sugar content. But don’t worry, I also listed the sugar content for a whole pint in the above table as well.
And Remember…
