All 20 drinks on my below list contain less than 10g of sugar. Below I go through each type of drink and list their sugar content.
Milk, Sugar, and Wawa
Before I go onto the list, a note on the sugar content of different kinds of milk at Wawa. So you are aware in terms of TOTAL sugar content the Wawa milk with the lowest total sugar content is the oat milk.
This has lower sugar content than 2% milk, whole milk, and almond milk. However, so you are aware the sugar in oat milk is added sugar. The sugar in dairy milk is naturally occurring from the lactose sugar in dairy.
This means if you are trying to cut down on total sugar content then the milk for you at Wawa is oat milk.
If you are trying to cut down on added sugar, then dairy may be a better option for you.
For the purposes of this post, I will be focusing on total sugar content and so a lot of the below drinks recommend oat milk to keep the total sugar content below 10g.

A Cafecito contains 9g of sugar (this is added sugar). A Cafecito is essentially a Cuban espresso which is a sweetened espresso.

Wawa’s French Vanilla brewed coffee does not contain sugar. However, if you add a tablespoon of the French Vanilla creamer to give your coffee an extra vanilla hit this will add 4g of sugar to your coffee. If you add the fat-free French vanilla creamer to your vanilla coffee this will add 5g of sugar.
Does Wawa Have Stevia?
Wawa does have Stevia – so you can enjoy Stevia in your coffee from Wawa.
Do Wawa Refreshers Have Sugar?
Wawa Refreshers do contain sugar.
A small (16oz) Wawa Refresher contains 31g-48g of total sugar depending on the flavor. Of this sugar 15g-19g is added (the remainder is from the fruit).
