11 Lowest Sugar Smoothies at Jamba Juice
In this section, I will go through all eleven of the lowest sugar smoothies at Jamba Juice.
1. Small Vanilla Blue Sky – 27g of Sugar
I don’t normally associate any food or drink with the word ‘blue’ in the name as healthy – but the Vanilla Blue Sky smoothie is the lowest sugar smoothie at Jamba Juice.
This smoothie is from Jamba Juice’s Plant-Based range and is made from unsweetened almond milk, vanilla coconut milk, banana, pineapple, and blue spirulina boost. It is the spirulina that gives this drink its blue hue naturally.
A small cup contains 27g of sugar. A lot of this is naturally occurring from the pineapple and banana, but there is some added sugar in the vanilla coconut milk too. Even a large cup of vanilla Blue Sky contains less sugar (48g of sugar) than a lot of the small servings of Jamba Juice smoothies.
2. Small PB + Banana Protein (Soy) – 30g of Sugar
If you love a banana and PB combo then good news – the PB and banana protein (soy) smoothie is the second lowest sugar smoothie at Jamba Juice, containing 30g of sugar in a small.
When you order just make sure to ask for it with soy – if you order your small cup with whey instead it will contain 8g more of sugar.
It is great that the second lowest sugar option at Jamba Juice is a more indulgent-sounding flavor. This smoothie is made from 2% milk, bananas, peanut butter, soy protein, and honey, and is part of the super blends range at Jamba Juice.
