Ok, so far in the above we have found out that club soda and seltzer are sugar-free. But how about that other popular mixer – tonic water?

- *Most tonic waters contain 7.4g-13.5g of sugar per 150ml serving. For example, Canada Dry Tonic Water contains 13.5g of total sugar per 150ml servings.
- *Most diet or light tonic waters contain 0g-4g of sugar per 150ml servings. For example, a 150ml serving of Fever Tree Light Tonic Water contains 4g of total sugar and Q Light Tonic Water contains 2.7g in a 150ml serving.
