Schweppes is one of the most well-recognized mixer brands in the World – so of course, Schweppes make a club soda. Schweppes club soda is made from carbonated water, sodium bicarbonate, salt, and potassium sulfate.

I established above that plain seltzer just consists of carbonated water and is sugar-free. But how about flavored seltzers? Are they sugar-free too? The answer is yes.

Well, I have already written a whole post on the sugar content of tonic water (What is the Sugar Content of Tonic Water) establishing the following:

  • *Most tonic waters contain 7.4g-13.5g of sugar per 150ml serving. For example, Canada Dry Tonic Water contains 13.5g of total sugar per 150ml servings.
