In order to answer these questions, I have gone through all the different varieties of Pedialyte (there are quite a few!!) and ranked them all from highest sugar content to lowest sugar content.
The sugar content is based on a 12oz serving of bottled Pedialyte and on a packet serving of powdered Pedialyte.

How Much Sugar is in Pedialyte?
The Pedialyte that contains the least sugar is Pedialyte Electrolyte Water Zero Sugar. There is 0g of sugar per serving of Pedialyte Electrolyte Water. The second lowest sugar Pedialyte is bottled Pedialyte Sports Drink which contains 5g of sugar in a 12oz serving. The remaining Pedialyte drinks contain 6g-12g of sugar in a serving. Powdered Pedialyte tends to contain more sugar than the equivalent bottle versions.

The highest sugar Pedialyte is Pedialyte Classic in power format. This Pedialyte is sweetened with anhydrous dextrose, sucralose, and acesulfame potassium, and contains 12g of sugar in a serving.
2. Pedialyte AdvancedCare Plus Powder – 10g of Sugar
The powdered version of Pedialyte AdvancedCare Plus is sweetened slightly differently – with short-chain fructooligosaccharides, anhydrous dextrose, sucralose, and acesulfame potassium.

3. Pedialyte AdvancedCare Powder – 10g of Sugar

Pedialyte’s Fast Hydration Powder is sweetened with dextrose, acesulfame potassium, and sucralose, and there are 6g of sugar per serving. This makes Pedialyte Fast Hydration Powder the lowest-sugar Pedialyte powder.
