1. Trolli Peachie O’s Sour Gummy Rings Candy – 4g of Total Sugar
First on my list are sour peach gummy rings from Trolli. Trolli is a big name in the gummy candy world – I actually talk about them in the post I wrote on the sugar content of gummy worms, which you can read here – Do Gummy Worms Contain A Lot of Sugar?
Like most gummy candies, Trolli sour peach gummy rings are sweetened with sugar and corn syrup. Each Peach Ring contains 4g of total sugar per Trolli peach ring.
Trolli peach rings were the highest sugar peach rings I came across in my search.
2. Yumy Yumy Peach Rings Gummy Candy – 3.8g of Total Sugar
Yumy Yumy peach rings are also sweetened with sugar and corn syrup, and they have a very similar sugar content of 3.8g of sugar per ring.
3. Albanese World’s Best Gummi Peach Rings – 3.75g of Total Sugar
Next on my list are Albanese World’s Best peach rings. I have talked about Albanese before in the post I wrote on the sugar content of gummy worms, which you can read here – Do Gummy Worms Contain A Lot of Sugar?
Just like the previous two peach ring entries, Albanese peach rings are sweetened with sugar and cane syrup.
Albanese peach rings have a super similar sugar content to Yumy Yumy and Trolli peach rings at 3.75g of total sugar.
4. Funtasty Peach Rings Soft Gummy Candy – 3.75g of Total Sugar
Funtasty (do you get it?) peach rings have the same sugar content as Albanese at 3.75g of total sugar per Peach Ring.
These sweet and sour peach rings are sweetened ever so slightly differently from the peach rings I have talked about so far – Funtasty peach rings are also sweetened with sugar but the second sweetened is glucose syrup.
5. Dr. Snack Peach Rings – 3.7g of Total Sugar
Dr. Snack peach rings are sweetened with…you guessed it corn syrup and sugar. Each peach ring contains a very average 3.7g of sugar.
6. Snak Club Peach Rings – 3.5g of Total Sugar
The lowest sugar “regular” peach rings I found in my search came from Snak Club. Like so many peach rings, Snak Club peach rings are sweetened with corn syrup and sugar, yet there is slightly less sugar per peach ring at 3.5g of sugar per Peach Ring.

Low and Zero Sugar Peach Rings
Okay, so now I can move on to the good stuff – low and zero-sugar peach rings – because everybody wants to have their candy and eat it, right?
So far, I have established that most peach rings are sweetened with corn syrup and sugar and contain 3.5g-4g of total sugar per peach ring. But what about low sugar peach rings?
Do they even exist?
Well, the good news for all you peach candy fans is that low sugar peach rings do exist. There aren’t a huge number of them in the market but they do exist!
7. Smart Sweets Peach Rings – <1g of Total Sugar
These peach rings from Smart Sweets are sweetened with allulose, stevia, and isomaltooligosaccharide. There is a mere 3g of total sugar per entire 50g bag of peach rings and an even more impressive 0g of added sugar.
It is not clear how many peach rings are in a bag of Smart Sweets but on a peach ring basis that will equate to a pretty negligible total sugar content (and of course 0g of added sugar).
These peach rings are also high in fiber and sugar alcohol-free.

How Much Sugar is in Peach Rings Candy? – The Final Bite
How much sugar is in Peach Ring Candy? Peach rings can be particularly delicious, however, like with other small pieces of candy the issue becomes how many of these pieces you eat in one setting can add up to a lot of sugar. If you adore peach candies but are trying to watch your sugar intake then your best option is to always opt for a sugar or low sugar version. Whilst there isn’t much choice for these options I did find two brands that offer low and zero sugar Peach Rings – Smart Sweets (entry 7) and Joyride (entry 8).
