33 Sugar Free (0g) Milk Alternatives – The Final Bite

Sugar free milk alternatives. What have we learned from the above? Well, when it comes to milk alternatives you are spoiled for choice. All the above contain 0g of total sugars (or in some cases <1g of total sugars). They are all great alternatives to try. If you are looking for something to replace your normal milk in tea or coffee, then I would recommend one of the barista-style blends. Failing that pick an alternative that you enjoy the taste of the most. Taste varies a lot across the different style milks with almond milk, in my opinion being the most neutral and versatile.
