As a general rule, there are many hazelnut creamers that contain 0g of sugar per serving (even if they still contain sugar as an ingredient). Those hazelnut creamers that are not sugar free tend to contain 1g-7g of sugar per serving.
1. Amazon Brand – Happy Belly Powdered Non-dairy Hazelnut Coffee Creamer – 7g of Sugar
First up is Amazon’s Happy Bely powdered non-dairy hazelnut creamer. This creamer is sweetened with sugar and contains 7g of total sugar per serving.
2. Coffee Mate Powdered Hazelnut Creamer – 7g of Sugar
Another powdered hazelnut creamer that is also sweetened with sugar and contains 7g of sugar per serving is Coffee Mate’s powdered hazelnut creamer.
3. 365 by Whole Foods Market Liquid Hazelnut Creamer – 5g of Sugar
365’s hazelnut creamer is sweetened with sugar and contains slightly less sugar at 5g of sugar per serving.
4. International Delight Liquid Hazelnut Coffee Creamer – 5g of Sugar
It is exactly the sugar situation with International Delight’s liquid hazelnut creamer which contains 5g of sugar per serving.
5. Coffee Mate Hazelnut Liquid Creamer – 3g of Sugar
I established above that there is 7g of total sugar per serving of Coffee Mate Hazelnut powdered creamer. But how about Coffee Mate liquid hazelnut creamer? How much sugar is in the liquid version? Well, actually less than half the amount of sugar at 3g of sugar per serving.
6. Elmhurst 1925 Hazelnut Oat Creamer – 1g of Sugar
Next is a hazelnut creamer that has a pretty low sugar content for a sweetened hazelnut creamer. Elmhurst hazelnut creamer is made from oat milk and hemp cream and even though it is sweetened with cane sugar there is only a mere 1g of sugar per serving.

Okay, now the next creamer sounds like my kind of coffee creamer. I love a sugar-free natural plant-based hazelnut creamer and this one tick all those boxes.
Super Creamer’s hazelnut creamer is sweetened with monk fruit, contains 0g of sugar per serving, is high in protein, and contains MCT oil.
