In this post, I am going to be sharing with you the 8 best no added sugar probiotic yogurts. You have probably seen “probiotic” labeled on yogurts and dairy-based products in grocery stores all the time, but what exactly does it mean? Well, “probiotic” refers to those products that contain high amounts of natural bacteria and yeast which are good for your gut. Most commonly “probiotics” can be found in reference to yogurt-based products. But just because something is “probiotic” may not necessarily mean that it is also low in sugar or contains no added sugar. So, it got me wondering what exactly are some no added sugar probiotic yogurts?
