BEN & JERRY’S
Lowest Sugar Ben & Jerry’s Pint Ice Cream Flavors
I have previously written a whole post going through the sugar content of all 75 (yes, 75) Ben & Jerry’s ice cream pint flavors (75 Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Flavors Ranked for Sugar Content). The four lowest sugar Ben & Jerry’s flavors transpired to be Pistachio Pistachio, Vanilla, Go To Cold Brew, and Peanut Butter World.
The Go To Cold Brew and the Peanut Butter World, in particular, did not come as a surprise to me as I have found in my research that the lowest sugar smoothies in smoothie shops tend to be peanut butter and coffee flavors. I am not surprised that the same is true for ice cream. It makes sense that similar ice cream flavors are also lower-sugar flavors.
You can read my full post about the sugar content of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavors here – 75 Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Flavors Ranked for Sugar Content.

What Ice Cream Flavors Contain the Least Sugar? – The Final Bite
What ice cream flavors contain the least sugar? What have we learned from the above? Well, when it comes to the sugar content of ice cream there are some flavors across all brands that tend to be higher in sugar and some that tend to be lower in sugar. If you are looking for the lowest sugar flavors, then these tend to mostly be coffee and peanut butter types of flavors. As for the classics – if you must choose between vanilla or chocolate then usually the lower sugar choice is chocolate (sorry, vanilla fans). That one surprised me a lot.
Ingredients and/or manufacturing processes may change. Always double-check ingredient lists and nutritional information before purchasing any food items.
