1. Cocojune Organic Coconut Yogurt – 2g of Total Sugar
First up on my list of the best sugar-free yogurts is a coconut yogurt from Cocojune. Cocojune Organic Coconut Yogurt to be precise. Cocojune’s coconut yogurt is organic, probiotic, added sugar-free, and contains just 2g of total sugar per serving. You can see how it stacks up against other coconut yogurts in terms of sugar content here in the post I dedicated to the topic.
You can also check Cocojune organic coconut yogurt out for yourself on Instacart here.
2. Coconut Cult Original Yogurt – 1g of Total Sugar
The next added sugar-free yogurt I am going to talk about is – yup you guessed it – another coconut yogurt. This time from Coconut Cult. Coconut Cult Original yogurt is one of my favorite coconut yogurts. Yes, it is. Mainly because there is a cute flamingo on the front of the jar (just kidding – kinda). Whilst Coconut Cult’s flavored yogurts contain organic coconut nectar and up to 4g of total sugar per serving, their original yogurt is added sugar-free and contains just 1g of total sugar per serving. You can have a look directly at Coconut Cult’s website here.
3. Kite Hill Plain Unsweetened Almond Milk Yogurt – 1g of Total Sugar
Next up is another plant-based yogurt (I told you there are a lot of vegan yogurts on this list) BUT this time it’s not a coconut yogurt but an almond one! Kite Hill Plain Unsweetened Almond Milk Yogurt to be precise. This almond yogurt is of course unsweetened and contains just 1g of total sugar per serving. If you want to see how Kite Hill almond yogurt compares next to other almond yogurts then make sure to take a peek at the following post I wrote on the topic here.
4. Forager Project Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt – 1g of Total Sugar
So far in this article, I have talked about some awesome added sugar-free coconut yogurts as well as almond yogurt – but there is another yogurt that can also be added sugar-free and low in total sugar content. And that is cashew milk yogurt. Forager Project unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt to be precise. This added sugar-free cashew yogurt is very easily accessible as it can be found on Amazon here. This cashew yogurt is of course added sugar-free and contains just 2g of total sugar per serving.
5. Forager Project Organic Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Cashewmilk Yogurt – 1g of Total Sugar
Forager Project also makes an unsweetened version of their cashew yogurt that is vanilla bean flavored (I mean vanilla flavors make everything taste better right?). Just like the plain version, there is just 1g of total sugar per serving and it can be found on Amazon here.
6. Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk Yogurt – <1g of Total Sugar
I talked about Kite Hill’s plain unsweetened almond yogurt above, but there is actually a vanilla almond yogurt that is even lower in sugar. That yogurt is Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Yogurt and this bad boy contains just <1g of total sugar per serving.
7. Light + Fit Zero Vanilla Yogurt – 0g of Total Sugar
Next up is – omg – a dairy yogurt! Now there is a reason why no dairy yogurts have featured on this list so far. Whilst plain unsweetened dairy yogurts are often added sugar-free they are usually still fairly high in total sugar due to the naturally occurring sugar in dairy. However, I did some searching and came across this completely sugar-free dairy yogurt for y’all. The yogurt in question is Light + Fit Zero Vanilla Yogurt. This dairy vanilla yogurt is sweetened with stevia and contains 0g of sugar per serving. Yes, 0g of sugar.
8. Light + Fit Zero Strawberry Yogurt – 0g of Total Sugar
The only flavored sugar-free yogurts so far in this article are vanilla yogurts. But some exciting news is that Light + Fit Zero also comes in strawberry, mixed berry, and peach flavors. Yup – all the flavor – none of the sugar!
9. Chobani Zero Sugar Yogurts – 0g of Total Sugar
Ok so above I have let you in a little-known secret about the sugar-free dairy yogurt that is Light + Fit Zero. But there is actually another sugar-free dairy yogurt range that I have also come across. That range is Chobani Zero Sugar Yogurt. Chobani’s Zero Sugar yogurts are dairy yogurts that do not contain sugar and instead are sweetened with allulose, stevia, and monk fruit. This range comes in a LOT of flavors including strawberry, toasted coconut vanilla, vanilla, mixed berry, strawberry cheesecake, blueberry, milk & cookies, key lime pie, peach, black cherry, raspberry, pumpkin spice, and lemon meringue pie. That is one heck of a flavor selection! You can ogle the flavors for yourself on the Chobani website here.
10. Kite Hill Vanilla Unsweetened Greek Style Almond & Soy Yogurt – 0g of Total Sugar
Finally, if you are looking for a sugar-free Greek-style yogurt you may want to try Kite Hill Unsweetened Greek Style Yogurt. I talk about this yogurt in greater detail in the following post I wrote (insert Greek yogurt post) but basically, it is an almond and soy-based Greek-style yogurt that is unsweetened and contains 0g of sugar per serving. There is also an unsweetened strawberry version too which is pretty neat! You can take a peek at it and decide if it is for you on Amazon here.
10 of the Best Sugar-Free Yogurts Out There – The Final Bite
What have we learned from the above? Well, many of the big yogurt brands such as Cocojune, Coconut Cult, Kite Hill, Forager Project, Silk, Light + Fit, and Chobani carry at least one sugar-free yogurt under their range. Hooray for sugar-free yogurt.
