Does Mango Juice Contain Sugar? You Will Be Surprised! – The Final Bite

Does Mango juice contain sugar? What have we learned from the above? Well, when it comes to mango juice you can expect to find a sugar content in the range of 40g to 9g of sugar per serving. This means that picking the right mango juice can make a big difference in the sugar content you are ingesting. If you are looking for mango juice always pick the “diet” version. The lowest sugar option I came across was Goya’s Diet Mango Nectar which contained 9g of sugar per serving. If this is still too much sugar for you then you can always pour a small amount of mango juice and dilute it with water. That is sometimes what I do when I want that delicious mango flavor with less sugar.
