I then put these peach juices in descending order of sugar content. 1. Goya Peach Nectar – 38g of Total Sugar

First up is one of the most well-recognized peach juice brands – Goya. Now when researching the sugar content there was a lot of conflicting information online – there also appears to be different sugar contents in the canned and carton version of Goya Peach Juice. Regardless, Goya peach nectar does seem to be a higher-sugar peach drink.

The carton versions of Goya Peach Nectar available on Amazon contain 38g of total sugar per 8oz serving, 26g of which are added.

2. Rani Peach Float Fruit Juice Drink – 29g of Total Sugar

Rani peach flavor juice drink is lower in sugar than Goya, but it is still at the higher end of the sugar spectrum. This peach juice is imported from Dubai and contains 29g of total sugar per 8oz serving. Not surprisingly it contains added sugar – 26g of added sugar per serving.

3. Kerns Peach Nectar from Concentrate -28g of Total Sugar

Kerns peach nectar is another well-recognized peach juice brand (along with Goma and Jumex). But how much sugar is in Kerns peach nectar? Well, there are 40g of total sugar, 30g of which are added in a can of Kerns Peach Nectar.

To keep the comparison fair though I have prorated these sugar contents to 8oz – which comes to 28g of total sugar, 21g of which are added per 8oz serving. Now you know.

4. Ceres 100% All Natural Peach Juice Blend – 28g of Total Sugar

Ceres Peach Juice Blend also contains 28g of total sugar per 8oz serving. But where the difference really lies is in the added sugar content – there are 0g of added sugar per serving. Yes, zero sugar added sugar.

The ingredients of Ceres peach juice are simply pear juice and peach puree.

I find it interesting that this is the second peach juice I have come across that also contains pear juice.

5. Simply Peach Juice – 25g of Total Sugar

Did you know that Simply also has a peach variety of their juices? Yup, that’s right. Simply must be one of the more easily accessible peach juices on my list. So, what is the sugar content? Well, there are 25g of total sugar, 21g of which are added in an 8oz serving of Simply peach juice.

6. Jumex Peach Nectar – 23g of Total Sugar

Jumex is another popular peach juice brand. So, what’s the sugar situation? Well, the good news is that the total sugar content is on the lower end at 23g of total sugar per 8oz serving. The bad news? 18g of these sugars are added.

7. Georgia’s Natural Organic Peach Juice – 22g of Total Sugar

My number one recommendation for peach juice without added sugar or sweeteners is Georgia’s natural organic peach juice. If you are looking for the lowest total sugar peach juice (and are fine with sweeteners) then see the entry below.

Anyway, back to Georgia’s peach juice. This awesome peach juice is added sugar-free and contains 22g of total sugar per 8oz serving. It is also organic and cold-pressed. Win!

8. Goya Diet Peach Nectar – 8g of Total Sugar

The lowest-sugar peach juice I came across comes from a brand I have already talked about on this list. This juice is…drum roll please Goya Diet Peach Nectar. There are 10g of total sugar in a 284ml can of Goya Diet Peach Nectar. This equates to 8.44g in an 8oz (240ml) serving and 0g of added sugar. Instead of sugar, this diet peach juice is sweetened with sucralose and neotame.
