Is Pomegranate Juice High In Sugar?
Is Pomegranate juice high in sugar? What have we learned from the above? Well, when it comes to pomegranate juice you need to accept that compared to other juices it is naturally higher in sugar. Having written articles on apple juice, orange juice, mango juice, cranberry juice, grape juice, peach juice (you name it – it has been written about on Low Sugar Snax) – Pomegranate juice is just one of the naturally higher sugar juices around. For example, the lowest sugar option I found was a juice made of 100% organic pomegranate juice containing 32g of sugar per serving (entry number 10 on my list). If you are watching your sugar intake and need Pomegranate juice, then this may be the best option for you.
