1. 365 by Whole Foods Market Organic 100% Concord Grape – 40g of Total Sugar
The highest total sugar grape juice I came across was actually the organic 100% concord grape juice by 365 by Whole Foods Market. An 8oz serving of this grape juice packs in 40g of total sugar. But there is a big bit of good news – it is all naturally occurring so it contains no added sugar.
2. Welch’s 100% Red Grape Juice Red Grape – 36g of Total Sugar
I can’t write an article on grape juice and not talk about the king of grape juice – Welch! Welch’s has several different varieties of grape juice and so I will go through the main ones in this post. The 100% juice red grape variety contains 36g of total sugar in an 8oz serving and just like with 365 grape juice this is all naturally occurring – no added sugar here.
3. Welch’s 100% Grape Juice White Grape – 36g of Total Sugar

8. Welch’s Grape Juice – 33g of Total Sugar
I was starting to get so used to all these 0g of added sugar grape juices. But don’t get complacent – some grape juices do indeed contain added sugar! Ironically grape juices that contain added sugar tend to have a lower total sugar content than 100% grape juices.
Point in case – Welch’s Grape Juice contains 30g of added sugar per 8oz serving yet contains 33g of total sugar. Welch’s Grape Juice is sweetened with both high fructose corn syrup and stevia.
