This means only one thing, I had to write an article ranking all 32 Snapple flavors, right? So that is exactly what I have done. In this post, I compare the sugar content for all 32 flavors of Snapple drinks. As you will see the sugar content of a bottle of Snapple varies from 0g all the way up to 54g, so which one you choose definitely makes a difference if you are watching your sugar intake. The below sugar contents are for a 16oz bottle, apart from the four 100% Juices Snapple drinks which are for an 11.5oz can. Because let’s face it, everybody drinks the whole bottle or can, right?

How Much Sugar is in Snapple Drinks?

As a general rule there are 0g-54g of total sugar per bottle of Snapple. Go Bananas Juice Drink is Snapple’s highest-sugar drink. The lowest sugar drink is Snapple’s Zero Sugar range. This range is added sugar-free and sweetened instead with aspartame or sucralose and acesulfame potassium.

In this section, I will go through the sugar content for each of Snapple’s 32 flavors. The list goes in descending order from highest sugar content first to lowest last.

1. Go Bananas Juice Drink – 54g of Sugar

The highest-sugar Snapple drink is actually their Go Bananas Juice drink. There are 54g of total sugar, of which 49g are added. So, if you don’t want to go bananas for sugar then choose a Snapple drink further down this list.

2. Half N Half Lemonade Iced Tea – 51g of Sugar

Another of Snapple’s highest sugar drinks is their Half N Half lemonade iced tea (aka Snapple’s take on an Arnold Palmer – half iced tea and half lemonade). There are 51g of total sugar and 50g of added sugar per bottle of Snapple’s Half N Half Loaded iced tea.

That actually makes Half N Half Lemonade Iced Tea Snapple’s highest added sugar drink. There is some good news though – Snapple Half N Half fans. Snapple actually makes a zero-sugar version of this drink – so make sure to read further on to find out about it.

3. Raspberry Peach Juice Drink – 51g of Sugar

Next up is Snapple’s raspberry peach juice drink, coming in at 51g of sugar, 45g of which is added sugar.

4. Pink Lemonade Juice Drink – 50g of Sugar

Snapple’s pink lemonade juice drinks have pretty much the same sugar content as the Half N Half lemonade – 50g of total sugar and 49g of added.

5. Fruit Punch Juice Drink – 48g of Sugar

Snapple’s fruit punch juice drink clocks in at 48g of sugar, of which 42g are added.

6. Snapple Apple Juice Drink- 47g of Sugar

Snapple Apple gets 10 points for flavor name! Maybe not 10 points for sugar content – there are 47g of total sugar, of which 42g are added. Fear not though Snapple Apple fans (I just want to keep saying it) there is a sugar-free version of Snapple Apple too. Keep reading to find out all about it.

7. Grapeaid Juice Drinks – 46g of Sugar

If grape is your go-to Snapple flavor you may be interested to know that there are 46g of total sugar per bottle of Grapeaid juice drink, 40g of which are added.

8. Orangeade Juice Drink – 46g of Sugar

Who loves orange soda? Kel loves orange soda (if you grew up in the nineties you will get this). Seriously though Snapple’s Orangeade Juice Drink contains 46g of sugar, 39g of which are added.

Snapple’s kiwi strawberry juice drink clocks in at 45g of sugar, 42g of which are added. Take solace kiwi strawberry fans that there is also a sugar-free kiwi strawberry Snapple available. Read on to find out more about it.

10. Mango Madness Juice Drink – 45g of Sugar

Mango Madness Snapple fans, you may want to think about switching your Snapple flavor. There are 45g of total sugar in a bottle of Mango Madness – 39g of which are added. There is, however, 0g of sugar in a Bottle of Zero Sugar Takes 2 To Tango tea – read to the bottom to find out more about it.

11. Peach Tea – 40g of Sugar

Okay, so next up is probably Snapple’s most well-known (and arguably most popular) drink – their Peach tea. Exactly how much sugar is in a bottle of Snapple’s peach tea? The answer is 40g of sugar. All 40g are added sugars.

There is of course a sugar-free version of Snapple’s peach tea (of course they have a zero-sugar version of their most popular drink – it would be crazy not to). Read on to find out more.

12. Honey Sweet Tea – 40g of Sugar

Next up is Snapple’s Honey Sweet tea. Now I have to be honest I thought this one would actually contain more sugar than it does. This is because honey-based drinks are often highest in sugar and Snapple’s Honey Sweet tea is sweetened with both honey and sugar (the rest of Snapple’s full sugar drinks are just sweetened with sugar). So, I was actually surprised when I found out that Snapple’s Honey Sweet tea contains 40g of sugar (all of which is added) – less than some other Snapple drinks.

13. 100% Juiced Fruit Punch – 40g of Sugar

Next up is a slightly different entry. All the drinks above are 16oz bottles of sugar-sweetened Snapple drinks. Snapple’s 100% Juiced range, however, is a range of canned drinks that do not contain any added sugar. Instead, these drinks just contain fruit juices. This results in Snapple’s 100% Juice drinks containing just total sugar and no added sugar.

For example, an 11.5oz can of 100% Juiced Fruit Punch contains 40g of total sugar and 0g of added sugar.

14. 100% Juiced Grape – 40g of Sugar

It is the same sugar situation with Snapple’s 100% Juices Grapes drink – 40g of total sugar and 9g of added.

15. 100% Juiced Green Apple – 39g of Sugar

The 100% Juices Green Apple has a similar sugar content at 39g of total sugar in an 11.5oz can.

16. 100% Juiced Orange Mango – 38g of Sugar

The 100% Juiced Orange Mango is the lowest sugar 100% Juiced drink at 38g of total sugar and 0g of added sugar in an 11.5oz can.

17. Lemon Tea – 36g of Sugar

Lemon Tea is such as classic Snapple flavor. There are 36g of total sugar, all of which is added in a 16oz bottle. There is also a zero-sugar Snapple Lemon Tea – read to the end to find out about it.

18. Raspberry Tea – 36g of Sugar

There is the same sugar content in Snapple’s raspberry tea too – 36g of sugar, all of which is added. Just like with the lemon tea there is also a zero-sugar raspberry tea available.

19. Black Cherry Lemonade Juice Drink – 35g of Sugar

I talked above about Snapple’s Pink Lemonade and Half Half Lemonade which contain 50g and 51g of sugar respectively. Well, a lower sugar lemonade (although not low sugar) is their black cherry Lemonade Juice Drink which contains 35g of sugar, 34g of which are added.

20. Watermelon Lemonade Juice Drink – 34g of Sugar

Snapple’s watermelon lemonade has a similar sugar content at 34g of sugar total, of which 33g are added.

21. Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade Juice Drink – 34g of Sugar

Snapple’s strawberry pineapple lemonade juice drink contains 34g of total sugar, of which 31g are added. Yes, this is lower than their 51g half-half lemonade tea but if you want a true low (aka zero) sugar Snapped lemonade opt for the zero-sugar half-half lemonade tea below.

22. Green Tea – 30g of Sugar

The lowest sugar regular tea from Snapple is their Green Tea which contains 30g of total sugar in a bottle – all 30g are added.

23. Elements Fire – 25g of Sugar

Snapple’s Element Fire is one of Snapple’s more unusual flavors – dragon fruit. There are 25g of total sugar in a bottle – 20g are added.

24. Elements Rain – 25g of Sugar

Snapple’s Elements Rain is actually Agave Cactus flavored! There are 25g of sugar per bottle, 19g of which are added. This comes from both sugar and agave nectar.

Ok so now I am moving on to the really exciting stuff – probably the reason you are reading this article. And that is Snapple’s zero sugar range. Yes, their zero-sugar range – as in all these drinks contain 0g of sugar.

25. Zero Sugar Peach Tea – 0g of Sugar

26. Zero Sugar Lemon Tea – 0g of Sugar
